Note:

1) Registration online will open until May 15, 2013, after which only registration onsite is accepted.

2) We reserve several hotels of different room types for attendees at favorable price.

3) Authors should print their posters in 90 cm x 120cm and set them up before the poster session. Authors or coauthors are required to stand by during the poster session.

Extra publishing fee	$100 ( the same first author can pay extra paper charges for maximum 2 papers, more papers require additional registration fees.)

(Refund Policy: a letter requesting the refund is required and must be emailed to each meeting secretary. A $60 service charge will be assessed for processing refunds.)

Registration includes admission to the meetings, publishing fee of 1 paper, conference program, digest, coffee/tea break, 2-day lunch, topical meeting reception, internet access, souvenir, etc.

At least one author of each paper is required to register and do the

presentation at the conference. Otherwise, the submitted paper will not be included in the proceedings.

Student registration – full time students only. Student registration will not be processed without a copy of your valid Student Identification.

Accompanying person or listeners can register at the conference site. Extra welcome reception Ticket can be bought separately onsite at USD35 (RMB 210)/pax.

Method of Payment: For participants residing outside mainland China can only choose Online Payment. For participants residing inside mainland China can only choose from Bank Transfer, Postal Remittance, and onsite(cash/ credit card) payment.
