This is a list of official congress hotels. The Conference Local Organizing Committee has reserved rooms at discounted rates to accommodate participants and accompanying persons but in short supply. Please follow registration steps to make hotel reservation
1) For those who need to reserve room through Conference Secretariat, please fill in the Credit Card Information Form (download 'Credit Card Information'), and fax it to +86-(0) 27-87286965 or email to us by sfleee@163.com.
2 For those who intend to share rooms, please indicate your roommate's name.
3) Any change of reservation before your arrival should be notified to the Congress Secretariat, rather than directly to the hotel.
4) Shuttle buses will be provided twice a day between hotels and the conference venue, one is in the morning and the other is after take-off of everyday during conference.
